Ardgowan Hospice is excited to unveil our first firewalk event on October 27th 2023 at Greenock Wanderer’s Rugby Club!As well as members of the public, some of our MYlife and Hospice Staff are taking part and would love our members to come along, to join in themselves or just support us and gee us on!
Walking over fire is an empowering experience and a way to free yourself from self-limiting beliefs. After all, “If you can walk bare foot across red hot coals, what else could you do if you put your mind to it”
