The fabulous Alison Fell, Life Coachv very kindly hosts a monthly Soundbath session for MYlife members.

You may ask, What Is A Crystal Sound Bath? 

No need to bring a swimsuit along, because there isn't any water (or actual bathing) involved at all. Instead, a crystal sound bath harnesses the reverberating sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls of all shapes and sizes, to lull you into a peaceful and mindful state of being

Join us for a blissful sound bath to relax your body, mind and soul. Bathe in the vibrations of the crystal bowls and leave feeling recharged.

To properly enjoy the experience be sure to dress comfortably, bring a blanket and an eye mask, if you have one.

Not suitable for anyone under 12 weeks pregnant or with sound induced epilepsy.

MYlife Sound Bath!

Who is the event open to? This is a member event.  Bring yourself, a blanket, an eye mask. We will provide comfortable seating and drinking water.

Cost: £4/person.  The price is usually £15 per ticket. We can offer a reduced cost class for our Members!! 

Date & times:  Thursday 19th September 2024 at 5.45 for a 6.00 prompt start, and the event lasts one and a quarter hours.
