Good To Know - Online - Benefits of Tai-Chi

MYlife and MYsocial "Good to Know" series will offer you a chance to discover interesting, useful, enjoyable, and even surprising skills, possibilities and abilities. You decide what's great for you - and learn how to get good at it. Good to Know will be hosted by Paul Springer plus MA Students from the University of the Arts.  

Topic: Tai Chi: A work out for your brain and body. Join your host Paul Springer and Tai Chi teacher Joyce as they take you through the basic essence of Tai Chi in this session. You will learn some basic techniques and skills and meditation exercises to help you feel more awake in daily life. 

TAI CHI for peace, ease and strength

Joyce and Paul Springer invite you to learn some simple Tai Chi exercises for deep peace, ease and strength in life. Short Zoom sessions, enduring results.

Joyce was trained by the late great Gerda Geddes, who brought Yang style Tai Chi to the West. With Paul’s famous ability to help people feel welcome, a good time should be had by All.

To make sure you don't miss out you must sign up by 10am on Thursday 2nd November. 

Once you have signed up you will be sent the zoom link and meeting details on the morning of the event.
